Whipped Cream Cake
Whipped Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. whipping cream, 2 eggs, beaten until thick, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Whip cream until it holds its shape.
Add eggs and whip until light as foam.
Add sugar and beat again.
Add vanilla.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together and add to egg mixture. Bake in greased layer cake pans in a 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes two 8-inch layers.
Cool and spread with your favorite icing or whipped cream between the layers and on top.
