Whip Cream Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 3 tsp. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. crisco and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook first 2 ingredients on top of the stove until boiling and thickness occurs, stirring constantly.
Refrigerate to cool.
In separate bowl, mix thoroughly last 3 ingredients.
Combine all ingredients and mix on high speed for 2 minutes.
