Wheat Thins
Wheat Thins is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. whole wheat flour (or rice flour), 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened and 1/8 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with fingers.
Add enough cold water to stick together.
Knead.
Roll thin and cut in squares.
Prick each with fork.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350Β° until brown and crisp.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool on cake rack.
