Wheat Salad
Wheat Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked wheat, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 large cool whip, 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained and 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding or pistachio, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soak 1 1/2 cups wheat overnight and cook 2 hours.
Soften cream cheese.
Sprinkle pudding over cheese.
Stir in lemon juice, pineapple, wheat and nuts.
Fold in Cool Whip.
