What-Cha-Ma-Callit
What-Cha-Ma-Callit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 c. water, 1 tsp. pineapple flavoring, 2 (8 oz.) cartons cool whip and 3/4 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain pineapple in bowl, reserving juice.
Use juice and water and enough cornstarch to thicken well.
Bring to a boil; cook a couple of minutes.
Add flavoring.
Refrigerate until real cool. Soften the cream cheese.
Mix with pineapple and powdered sugar. Add cold, thickened juice and Cool Whip.
Line bottom and sides of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with graham crackers.
Pour mixture over graham crackers.
Top with graham cracker squares.
Refrigerate overnight.
