Wet Chocolate Cake
Wet Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour (self-rising), 1 stick oleo, 3 tbsp. cocoa and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar and flour in large bowl (do not use electric mixer).
In pot, combine oil, oleo and cocoa; bring to boil.
Pour mixture over flour and sugar.
Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs; mix well.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan (greased with Pam).
Bake for 30 minutes at 300Β°, or until done.
