Western Omelette
Western Omelette is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. water, 1 c. chopped bell pepper, 4 c. mashed tofu and 6 tbsp. chicken-style seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain and mash tofu with a fork.
Saute onions and bell pepper in a little water.
Add tofu and seasonings.
When tofu is done, add
CASHEW
CHEESE and tomato dices.
Stir together well.
Pour into a Pam-sprayed 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Serves 8.
