Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add shortening and margarine, mix until like coarse meal.

Add raisins.

Beat eggs with milk, add to flour mixture to make a dough.

Roll at 1/4-inch thick on floured board and cut with glass. Makes about 30 cakes.

Cook at 350Β° on electric grill or on top of stove in thick skillet.
