Weiner Schnitzel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box shake and bake, your choice, 1 egg, beaten, 1 lb. veal, thin strips, brown gravy and mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut veal into thin slices, dip in beaten egg and then into the bread topping, Shake and Bake.
Bake in the oven at 350Β° until done.
