Wee Lemon Cakes
Wee Lemon Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 1/2 lb. confectioners sugar, juice of 2 lemons, strained, grated rind of 2 lemons and juice of 2 oranges, strained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake according to directions except omit 3 tablespoons water.
Drop by teaspoon into greased and floured miniature cupcake pans.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Remove cakes when cooked and immediately drop cakes into mixture.
When coated, remove from mixture with slotted spoon and place on wax paper.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
Serve warm or cold.
