Wedding Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 c. sugar, 9 c. water, 6 pkg. lime jell-o, 6 c. boiling water and 6 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring to a boil the sugar and 9 cups of water.
Dissolve Jell-O in 6 cups of hot water.
Add sugar mixture to Jell-O.
Add pure apple juice, lemon juice and almond extract.
When ready to serve, add the ginger ale.
Serves 100 people.
