Wedding Punch
Wedding Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 c. water, 4 bananas, mashed, 1 large can pineapple juice and 1 1/2 c. orange juice (not concentrated), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine sugar and water in saucepan; boil mixture until dissolved.
Let cool.
Add mashed bananas, pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice.
Mix well and pour into ice cube trays. Place a maraschino cherry in each cube section; freeze until solid.
When ready to serve, place cubes in punch bowl; add ginger ale.
Stir until punch cubes melt.
Serves 20.
