Wedding Chicken
Wedding Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken (breast), cut into bite size, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1/2 can (soup) water and 1 1/2 pkg. ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix liquid ingredients and add chicken.
Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch casserole.
Pour off butter and add mixture.
Cover with crushed Ritz crackers.
Pour melted butter on top of crackers and sprinkle with poppy seed.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbles.
Great frozen.
Only add topping when ready to cook.
Thaw before cooking.
