Wedding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, softened, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour and 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix margarine, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla in 3-quart bowl.
Stir in flour, nuts and salt.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until set, but not brown, 8 to 9 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while warm. Cool; roll in powdered sugar again.
