Waverly Dessert
Waverly Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 40 waverly crackers, crushed, 1 stick oleo, melted, 4 egg whites, 1 c. sugar and 1 large can lemon pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix crackers and oleo.
Spread into 9 x 12-inch pan.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar.
When peaks form, spread on cracker mixture.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325Β°. When cool, spread with lemon pie filling.
Top with Cool Whip.
