Watermelon Slush
Watermelon Slush is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. seeded, cubed watermelon, 6 oz. can frozen fruit punch concentrate, thawed, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. vodka and 28 oz. bottle ginger ale, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place watermelon in a blender.
Process until smooth.
In glass container, combine watermelon purΓ©e, fruit punch, water and vodka. Stir. Cover and freeze overnight or 8 hours, minimum. Prior to serving, let stand at room temperature 30 to 45 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Spoon 1/2 cup slush mixture into each serving glass. Stir 1/4 cup ginger ale into each.
Makes 13 (3/4 cup) servings.
