Watermelon Punch
Watermelon Punch is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large watermelon, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed, 1/2 c. lemon juice and 3 c. ginger ale, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cut off top of melon and scoop out unseeded flesh.
Place 3 cups of flesh at a time in a blender.
Process until smooth (seeds will float).
Pour purΓ©e through a wire mesh strainer.
Discard pulp.
Repeat process until you have 15 cups of juice.
Combine melon juice, orange and lemon juice.
Chill at least 2 hours. Stir in ginger ale just before serving.
Yields approximately 20 cups.
