Watermelon Pie
Watermelon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. boiling water, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. watermelon flavor jello (or any flavor), 1/2 c. cold water, ice cubes and 1 (8 oz.) tub cool whip topping (nondairy), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stir water into jello in bowl 2 minutes until dissolved.
Mix water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups.
Stir into jello to thicken. Remove any remaining ice.
Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound.
Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
Makes 8 servings.
