Watermelon Cake
Watermelon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sifted cake flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. margarine and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Cream margarine; add sugar gradually and cream thoroughly.
Add flour alternately with milk.
Beat egg whites and add to batter.
Divide batter into 2 parts.
To one part, add red food coloring and well floured raisins.
Grease melon mold or Bundt pan.
Put a layer of white batter in the bottom, the red in the center and a layer of white on top.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
Frost with green icing.
