Watergate Cake
Watergate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box white cake mix, 3/4 c. oil, 1 c. 7-up, 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large mixing bowl, put the cake mix.
Blend in oil, eggs and 7-Up, beating a little after each addition.
When all is blended, fold in dry pistachio pudding mix, nuts and coconut.
Pour into a Bundt cake pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Frost with Cover Up Frosting after the cake has cooled.
