Watercress Pork

With oil.
Brown ginger and garlic slightly. Add pork; fry for
1 minute.
Put in salt and aji; fry for another minute over a low flame.
Add water.
When it comes to a boil, add watercress.
Cook for 3 minutes, or until done.
