"Water-Whip" Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. spry or crisco, 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 2 c. flour (all-purpose), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put Spry in medium-sized bowl.
Add boiling water and milk. Beat with electric beater until smooth.
Add flour and salt.
Stir until dough clings together.
Pick up and knead until smooth, soft and pliable.
Can be rolled between wax paper or on a floured board. Makes two crusts for 9-inch pie.
