Wassail Punch
Wassail Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cranberry juice, 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen hawaiian punch concentrate, 1/2 can orange juice concentrate (3 oz.) and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine cranberry juice, sugar and water.
Stir to dissolve sugar and heat to boiling.
Tie spices into a cheesecloth bag. Add to liquid and simmer 20 minutes.
Remove spice bag.
Just before serving, add frozen juices and pineapple juice.
Serve steaming hot.
Makes about 1 gallon.
I serve this in mugs.
