Walnut Torte
Walnut Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 egg yolks, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs, pinch of salt and 2 c. ground walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg yolks with sugar until very light.
Add walnuts and the rest of the ingredients.
Whip the egg whites until very stiff and fold gently into the mixture.
Bake in 2 greased shallow cake pans at 325Β° for 45 minutes or until the cake leaves the sides of the pan.
