Walnut Pie
Walnut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. dark corn syrup, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. butter, melted and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
Arrange walnuts on bottom of pie shell. Carefully pour egg mixture over walnuts.
Bake on bottom rack of preheated 400Β° oven until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool on wire rack. Serves 6 to 8.
