Walnut Broccoli
Walnut Broccoli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1/4 c. flour, 1 to 2 tsp. instant bouillon and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook the broccoli as directed.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Spoon broccoli into prepared casserole.
In small saucepan combine 1/2 cup butter, flour and bouillon; mix well, gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Pour over broccoli.
In small pan, combine water and 1/3 cup butter, add herb stuffing and walnuts.
Spoon stuffing mixture over broccoli.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
