Waldorf Toss
Waldorf Toss is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 serving size) pkg. cherry jell-o or any red flavor, dash of salt, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 c. cold water and ice cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 2 1/2 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
If necessary, remove any unmelted ice.
Fold in fruits and celery.
Spoon into individual dishes or a bowl.
Chill until set, at least 1 hour. Make 5 cups or 10 servings.
Contains 35 calories per serving without nuts.
