Waldorf Salad
Waldorf Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. diced apples, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 c. raisins, about 1/2 c. mayonnaise or more and 1/3 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel and dice apples.
Sprinkle with lemon juice so they won't turn dark.
