Waffle Batter
Waffle Batter is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. active dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~), 1 3/4 c. lukewarm milk, scalded then cooled, 2 tbsp. sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add milk, sugar and salt.
Beat in remaining ingredients with rotary beater. Cover; let rise in warm place (85Β°), about 1 1/2 hours.
Stir down; cover and refrigerate overnight or until ready to use.
Bake in waffle iron.
