Wafer Cake
Wafer Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. box vanilla wafers, 1/2 c. milk, 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. pecans and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grind vanilla wafers.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add 6 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add milk and vanilla wafer crumbs.
Fold in nuts and coconut.
Bake in well-greased and floured tube pan at 350Β° until done.
