Wacky Cake

Add all dry ingredients into sifter.
Sift right into ungreased 9 x 9-inch pan.
Make 2 small "holes" in pan.
In one hole, add oil, the second hole, vinegar, then pour cold water over everything.
Mix with fork until flour is wet.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
