Wacky Cake

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into ungreased 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
Punch 3 holes in mixture.
In large hole pour shortening, in medium hole pour vinegar and in small hole pour vanilla.
Cover all with 1 cup cold water; stir well with fork. Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°.
Frost in baking dish.
