Wacky Cake

In ungreased 8-inch square pan, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Make 3 holes in mixture. Pour oil into one, vanilla into another and vinegar into the third.
Add water and mix with fork until well blended.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
