Wacky Cake

Stir first 5 ingredients well with a fork.
Make 3 holes in mixture.
Divide vanilla, vinegar and oil into the 3 holes.
Pour over this, 2 cups cold water.
Mix everything together well with fork.
Put in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
May sift powdered sugar on top or frost with favorite chocolate frosting.
