Place all ingredients in bowl and beat with electric mixer until well blended.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
(Can dust cake pan with baking cocoa.)
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes, 25 minutes for double layer.
