Wacky Cake
Wacky Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 tbsp. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cocoa together into a 9-inch square baking pan.
Make 3 wells in dry ingredients.
Pour salad oil into first well, vinegar into second well and vanilla into third well.
Pour 1 cup warm water over entire mixture.
Stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for about 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
Coconut or chopped nuts may be added to batter, if desired.
