Wacky Cake

Sift together first 5 ingredients in square cake pan.
Make 3 holes and in each hole, put vanilla, vinegar and salad oil.
Pour 1 cup cold water over entire pan.
Mix together with fork.
Bake 30 minutes at 375Β°.
