Wacky Cake
Wacky Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sift into an 8 x 8-inch ungreased baking pan the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Make 3 holes in the dry ingredients. Into 1 hole, put vanilla.
In another hole put vinegar and in third hole put vegetable oil.
Pour cold water over everything. Stir until smooth.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Immediately after removing from oven, place candy bar squares around on the surface.
When melted, spread around to frost the cake.
Cut and serve.
