Wacky Cake
Wacky Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 2 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sift the dry ingredients together.
Make 3 wells in the dry ingredients.
In the first well add the vanilla; in the second well add the vinegar; in the third add the oil.
Pour the cold water over all the ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. When the cake is cool remove it from the pan and frost with Buttercream Icing.
