Volcano Salad
Volcano Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 c. diced celery, 2 c. uncooked rice (minute rice), 2 (16 oz.) cans chicken broth and onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Prepare chicken by boiling it and debone and dice.
Cool chicken.
Thicken broth with cornstarch.
Prepare rest of ingredients into individual bowls.
Prepare the rice.
It takes about 5 minutes.
Place on plate in following order: rice, chicken, gravy, pineapple, onion, celery, sunflower kernels, coconut, chow mein noodles and gravy again.
