Volcano Potatoes
Volcano Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with mashed potatoes, 3/4 c. whipped cream and 1/2 c. shredded cheese (your favorite kind of yellow cheese), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare mashed potatoes as you normally do.
Place potatoes in casserole dish.
Make a well in center of the potatoes.
Take whipped cream (whip as directed on carton) and cheese.
Fold into the whipped cream and spoon into the well.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese melts.
Will run over top of the potatoes.
