Vitality Bread
Vitality Bread is an impressive baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour 56 minutes. Made with c. oatmeal, c. whole wheat flour, c. all-bran (bran buds), . corn meal and . wheat germ, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix the first 9 ingredients.
Put on low heat until almost boiling; it will get real thick.
Add 1 cup warm water and 1/2 cup flour; let cool to lukewarm.
Add this mixture that has been sitting, the yeast and 1/2 cup warm water.
Add the remaining flour.
Knead on oiled board until glossy.
Place in oiled bowl; cover.
Set in warm place until double in size.
Punch and knead; put into 3 greased pans.
Let double.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
