Virg's Favorite Meat Loaf
Virg'S Favorite Meat Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. vanilla wafers, 2 beaten eggs (can be substituted with egg beaters; see carton for equal amount), 1/2 c. milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Crush vanilla wafers; combine all ingredients.
Mix well. Shape mixture in a loaf pan.
Spread 2 or 3 tablespoons of ketchup on top.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
