Vinegar Pie
Vinegar Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 1/2 c. cornstarch, 1/3 c. cider vinegar, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix water, cornstarch and vinegar.
Bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
Reduce heat and stir after it comes to a boil.
Stir in sugar, butter, grated lemon rind and egg yolks.
Pour into baked pie shell and cool. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff.
Add 1/3 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vinegar.
