Vinegar Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar, 1/2 tsp. lemon extract and chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, eggs, vinegar, flour and water.
Cook until thick and smooth; stir constantly.
While hot stir in butter and lemon extract.
Pour into baked pie shell and sprinkle chopped nuts over top.
