Vinegar Pie
Vinegar Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. white vinegar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. sugar and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix water, vinegar and salt.
Sift dry ingredients and add to the boiling vinegar, water and salt.
Stir constantly.
Cook until flour is well done.
If you like, add a little nutmeg.
If mixture becomes stiff become the flour is done, add a little hot water. Pour into baked pie shells.
