Vietnamese Rice
Vietnamese Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 1/2 c. celery, 1/4 c. onions, 2 eggs and 1 c. spam, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook rice and set aside.
Cook celery and onions in oil until tender.
Add eggs and scramble.
Add Spam, rice and cabbage; toss. Sprinkle with soy sauce and toss.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
