Vietnamese Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 or 3 eggs, 1 c. milk and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

First, crack 2 or 3 eggs and mix.
Add milk.
Then add flour and mix.
Add about 1/2 cup of sugar and mix.
Last, deep fry at 250Β° until golden brown.
(Oil should be 1 or 2-inches high.)
Get toothpick and poke in the center of cookie to see if done; may take longer.
