Vidalia Onion Seafood Casserole
Vidalia Onion Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. frozen peeled popcorn shrimp, 8 oz. cream cheese, 2 oz. jar chopped pimento, 1 c. chopped celery and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onions, celery and green pepper in margarine.
Add pimento, cream of celery soup, milk and cream cheese.
Heat slowly until blended.
Add rice and shrimp; mix well.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Place crushed crackers on top the last 10 minutes of baking.
(Cover top of casserole with crumbs.)
