Vidalia Onion Pie
Vidalia Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. ritz cracker crumbs, 1/2 stick butter, melted, 2 c. vidalia onions, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. butter and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix Ritz cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Press into 8-inch pie plate.
Saute onions with 2 tablespoons butter until clear. Spoon into pie crust.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper and pour over onions.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until center is firm.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
